Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Relationship Manager to lead our efforts in developing and managing partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term strategic relationships with key OEM partners to drive revenue growth and enhance our technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Acquisition
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new OEM partnerships to support the company’s ICT product and solution strategy.
Develop sales pipelines and secure business leads from OEMs for joint go-to-market activities.Partnership Management
Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with OEM stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive levels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all OEM engagements and communications.Solution Alignment & Integration
Work closely with internal product and technical teams to align OEM offerings with the company’s ICT solutions.
Facilitate co-development and integration of OEM technologies into the company’s product ecosystem.Negotiation & Contracting
Lead negotiations on partnership terms, pricing, service levels, and licensing agreements.
Ensure all OEM engagements adhere to corporate governance and compliance requirements.Sales Enablement & Support
Collaborate with sales teams to create and deliver training, technical documentation, and sales materials related to OEM products.
Support joint marketing campaigns, demos, and promotional activities.Market Intelligence & Strategy
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new OEM technologies.
Provide insights to guide strategic decision-making and product positioning.
