Job Description

Academic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation Degree from any recognized university approved by UGC preferably holds an MBA/MS in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in any academic qualifications need not apply.
Experience
  • At least 18 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 55 years

Banking Experience:

  • Minimum 18(eighteen) years Banking experience, with at least 12(twelve) years of HR experience, with at least 06(six) years of executive HR experience as Head of the Division preferably in Islamic Banks/Islamic Financial Institutions.

 

Professional Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong and in-depth understanding across all sub-functions of HR.
  • Strategic Human Resource Management-Senior certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • AIBB (Associate of The Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh), DIB (Diploma in Islamic Banking), CIBFP (Certified Islamic Banking and Finance Professional), CIPA (The Certified Islamic Professional Accountant), CSAA (Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor), CIBF (Certified Course on Islamic Banking and Finance) etc. will get extra consideration

 

Age:

  • Not More than 55 Years.
  • Age limit may be relaxed for exceptionally suitable Candidates.
