Additional Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or coordination role in English medium schools.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • The applicant should have experience in the following area’s — Education, Educational Administration/ Management, School Management
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students and parents

  • Section: Senior Section & Junior Section
  • Report to: Principal & Vice-Principal

Introduction:

  • Guidance International School is a leading English medium institution committed to academic excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Coordinator – Senior Section & Junior Section to join our dynamic team and help guide our students toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee academic and administrative operations of the Senior Section (Grades 5 to 10) & Junior Section (Play group to KG-II)
  • Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure curriculum delivery and academic planning
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic improvement
  • Conduct regular meetings with teacher, students and parents
  • Organize and supervise assessments, examinations and co-curricular activities
  • Assist with the implementation of the First-Alert program (student on warning or probation)
  • Maintain discipline and foster a positive and productive learning environment
  • Seek opportunities for inter-school collaboration and moderation.
  • Report to the Principal and participate in school development initiatives
