Additional Requirements

At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or coordination role in English medium schools.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
The applicant should have experience in the following area’s — Education, Educational Administration/ Management, School Management
Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students and parents

Responsibilities & Context

Section: Senior Section & Junior Section
Report to: Principal & Vice-Principal

Introduction:

Guidance International School is a leading English medium institution committed to academic excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Coordinator – Senior Section & Junior Section to join our dynamic team and help guide our students toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee academic and administrative operations of the Senior Section (Grades 5 to 10) & Junior Section (Play group to KG-II)
Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure curriculum delivery and academic planning
Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic improvement
Conduct regular meetings with teacher, students and parents
Organize and supervise assessments, examinations and co-curricular activities
Assist with the implementation of the First-Alert program (student on warning or probation)
Maintain discipline and foster a positive and productive learning environment
Seek opportunities for inter-school collaboration and moderation.
Report to the Principal and participate in school development initiatives
