Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 3 years.
  • Should have Commercial poultry management and Feed Marketing.
  • Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.
  • Must have valid driving license & smart phone.
  • Presentable & friendly.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To make Technical Program such as GTM, Farmers work shop & Seminar.
  • To follow up treatment in farm level.
  • To provide the Training through New farmers.
  • To handle the complaint in dealers & farmers farm.
  • To communicate with team members daily.
  • To follow up the tour plan effectively.
  • To solve the farm related problem daily.
  • To provide Report to management daily, weekly & monthly.
  • Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
