• Age 24 to 30 years

• He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
• Computer skills specially in Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
• Should be sound in basic Computer Application.
• Self-motivated, willing to work in the field.

Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain good relationship with prospective landowners.
• Contact landowners in specific target areas directly (in person, by phone and other means).
• Source and close various types of land deals.
• Generate and follow-up leads.
• Communicate the potential landowner and arrange meeting.
