Education

- Relevant certification on Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel or Excel charts, SQL will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
- Create easy-to-read Excel dashboards and tracking sheets using formulas (like XLOOKUP and IFS) and Pivot Tables.
- Gather and connect data from sales, inventory, and customer databases into single, clear reports.
- Regularly clean up monthly sales data by removing duplicates, fixing errors, and filling in missing information.
- Spot any data errors or weird numbers and work with the IT team to make sure our systems stay accurate.
- Create template reports so that every department uses the same accurate, professional format.
- Look into unexpected drops or jumps in sales, web traffic, or stock shortages to find out exactly why they happened.
- Break down data by region, product, or customer type to figure out where we can increase sales or improve efficiency.
