Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, and end-user devices.

  • Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and optimal performance of all IT systems, networks, and business applications.

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network equipment, and related technologies.

  • Network Administration (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Routing & Switching)

  • Provide timely IT support to users, resolve technical issues, and conduct user training when required.

  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewall, endpoint security, access controls, and data protection practices.

  • Ensure regular data backup, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with organizational security policies.

  • Support and manage ERP, HRMS, POS, Software, and other business applications to ensure system functionality and data integrity.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.

  • Participate in IT projects, technology procurement, budgeting, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Maintain IT policies, procedures, software licensing compliance, technical documentation, and asset management records.

  • Prepare periodic IT performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
