Responsibilities & Context

Shakti Foundation, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Service Manager to join our service delivery team for Shakti Training & Research Center, Savar. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a strong background in hospitality operations, capable of ensuring guest/trainee/trainer experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of training center operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Security & Safety, and Cleanliness, Pest control & Laundry Services, ensuring seamless coordination across departments / sections.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest / trainee / trainer satisfaction and maintain smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality through structured daily, weekly, and monthly programs.
  • Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with guests, trianee, trainers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with government regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Controlling the stock of cooking ingredients and food by purchasing, ensuring timely marketing and removal of expired or spoiled food
  • Conduct smooth training, Workshops, Meetings, Seminars and ensure all the necessary facilities related with this.
  • Receiving and forwarding documents received regarding recruitment organized by the HR Department.
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial reports (income statements).
