Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field from a UGC-approved university.

Experience

    • 7 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Electric Wire & Cable industry experience preferred.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with housing companies, real estate developers, consultants, contractors, and institutional clients

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the housing and construction sector to increase sales and revenue

  • Generate leads, conduct client visits, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure successful deal closure with proper documentation

  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of corporate and housing sector clients

  • Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of quantity and revenue growth

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports for management

  • Independently plan and execute business development and promotional activities targeting the housing and real estate sector

  • Coordinate with internal departments including supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

  • Identify key decision-makers and establish strategic relationships with developers, project owners, architects, and consultants

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, ongoing construction projects, and customer requirements to support business expansion

  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, project discussions, negotiations, exhibitions, and other business engagements

  • Ensure timely collection, customer support, and after-sales relationship management
