Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet.

  • Document analysis skills (invoices, forms, deeds, etc.

  • Fluency in both English & Bangla (written and verbal.

  • Habituate to work for long time.


Responsibilities & Context

Meeting and Documentation Management:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman.

  • Manage and organize the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments and meetings.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, phone calls and visitors.

  • Prepare drafts of letters, memos, reports and official communications.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of important records, reports and correspondence.

  • Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and documents.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a communication link between the Chairman and internal departments, partners and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with program teams and administrative units for information and updates required by the Chairman.

  • Ensure timely follow-up of decisions and instructions issued by the Executive Director.

Travel and Logistics Support:

  • Arrange travel schedules, transport and accommodation for the Chairman.

  • Prepare travel briefs, itineraries and necessary documentation.

  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for official visits and meetings.

Confidentiality and Record Management:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and executive information.

  • Manage and archive sensitive documents and executive records properly.

  • Ensure the Chairman office maintains organized and secure documentation systems.

Others Duties:

  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing notes. Assist in organizing board meetings and high-level organizational events.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
