Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production
- Diploma in Engineering
- B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial & Production Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly suitable candidates.
Experience

- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Indenting
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 27 years
- Strong technical understanding of cranes, lifting systems, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare and explain technical and commercial proposals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- CAD software skills will get preference (Overhead Crane design)
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in industrial crane sales.
- Strong knowledge of overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, industrial process cranes, and material handling systems is required
- Experience in project-based industrial equipment sales will be an added advantage.

To strengthen our sales and business development team, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven professional with strong technical and commercial knowledge in overhead cranes, industrial process cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and material handling systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies for overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, industrial process cranes, and related material handling equipment.
- Conduct market research and prepare competitor strength and weakness report.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key industrial stakeholders.
- Be fully involved in the complete business development cycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and project pipeline updates
