- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design with digital marketing or social media management
- Design visually engaging graphics, banners, info graphics, social-media posts, brochures, marketing
- materials, social media creative, and brand assets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and creative skills.
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design & social media marketing, paid ads and SEO/SEM basics.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other creative tools is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
Location: Dhaka (Green Road, Panthapath)
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, create, and execute Video, graphic design, digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Manage graphic design, social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement strategies
- Strong knowledge of graphic design & Facebook Marketing or Meta Ads manager
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
- Design creative visuals and ad copies in coordination with the counselor’s team
- Develop and structure web pages and layouts for websites, landing pages, and marketing platforms
- Support the counseling and sales team with graphic design or digital marketing content and reporting
