8–12 years of experience in security supervision or a related field

Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick and correct decisions

Experience in handling risks and emergencies

Willingness to work night shifts and manage critical incidents

Physically fit (minimum height: 5’6”)

Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be able to ride safely
-
Retired personnel from the Army, Navy, or Air Force will be given preference and considered an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage overall security operations across all locations
-
Ensure the safety and protection of company assets, employees, and visitors
-
Ensure proper control of all incoming and outgoing people, vehicles, and materials
-
Identify risks and take preventive actions
-
Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches
-
Prepare and submit regular security reports, incident logs, and performance evaluations
-
Develop and enforce security policies, discipline, procedures, and protocols
Fire & Safety Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and maintain a simple fire safety plan for the factory
-
Ensure all fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants) is ready and working
-
Check, supervise, and support regular inspection and maintenance of fire safety systems
-
Conduct fire drills and guide emergency evacuation to ensure a quick and safe response
