Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,University of Dhaka,BRAC University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Online Retail Startup, Retail Store, Shop/Showroom, Super store, Supply Chain, Wholesale

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Communication skills in English and Bengali.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Excellent communication and organizational ability

  • Strong analytical skills with good command of sales data interpretation.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

  • Identify hiring needs and ensure the company recruits qualified candidates on time

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address workplace issues

  • Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration

  • Organize training and development programs for employees

  • Monitor employee performance and assist in performance evaluations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment

  • Build employer branding and improve hiring strategies

  • Develop retention strategies to reduce employee turnover

  • Support management in decision-making related to HR matters
