Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams (DMs, BMs, TSOs) to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive retail showroom performance, ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure proper inventory planning and stock management in coordination with supply chain teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and discipline.
- Identify training needs and develop sales team capabilities.
