Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities

Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional for the position of Digital Marketing & Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, expanding business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s digital presence to drive growth and revenue.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and update company profiles, brochures, and presentations
- Prepare newsletters, case studies, and marketing content
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports and corporate publications
Digital Presence & Online Platforms
- Manage and regularly update the company website
- Handle company LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Plan and publish professional content (project updates, achievements, insights)
- Monitor engagement and improve online visibility and branding
Business Development
- Support in Documentation, tendering and contract drafting.
- Identify and generate new business leads through research on different website.
- Maintain and update CRM, Lead trackers, client records and correspondence.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Identify and approach potential clients and partners
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Support business development activities and tender communication
Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, developers)
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and client visits
