Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is looking for proactive, energetic, and target-driven candidates for the position of Jr. Officer – Sales & Marketing. The role is responsible for supporting the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, developing new customer bases, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting overall sales operations across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets of the company.

Identify prospective customers and follow up on leads and potential clients.

Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.

Assist senior sales executives during client meetings and field visits when required.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
