Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D architectural models from CAD drawings and sketches

Create high-quality photorealistic renderings and walkthrough animations

Apply materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping elements

Collaborate with architects and interior designers to refine concepts
-
Modify models based on feedback and design changes

Ensure models meet project timelines and quality standards

Maintain organized project files and asset libraries

Perform any other task assigned by management
