Position Summary

We are seeking a highly execution-focused Product Engineer – SAAS who can design, build, optimize, and scale internal and customer-facing SaaS platforms.

This is a hybrid role combining:

• Product thinking
• Software engineering
• UX understanding
• System architecture
• Business execution

You must be comfortable writing production-level code (Python and related technologies), building scalable systems, and contributing across the entire SaaS lifecycle — from idea to deployment and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who can function as a generic SAAS product builder and adapt across dashboards, CRM systems, analytics tools, workflow automation platforms, and internal operational software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Engineering

• Build and maintain scalable SaaS applications (frontend + backend)
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code (Python preferred)
• Design and implement APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Develop dashboards, workflow tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security
• Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

2. Full-Stack Execution

• Backend development (Python – Django / FastAPI / Flask or similar)
• Frontend development (React / Vue / modern JS frameworks preferred)
• Database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• API integrations (third-party SaaS, payment systems, marketing tools)
• Automation and workflow scripting
• Debugging, testing, and performance optimization

3. Product & Business Alignment

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap planning
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency
• Build internal tools to reduce manual operations

4. Optimization & Innovation

• Continuously improve usability, performance, and conversion flows
• Analyze user behavior and improve product engagement
• Implement tracking, logging, and monitoring systems
• Ensure cross-product consistency across multiple SaaS platforms
• Recommend new tools, frameworks, or architecture improvements
