Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and proactive communication.

  • Drive business acquisition and sales development initiatives, including client coordination and commercial negotiations.

  • Prepare tender submissions and proposals, including detailed costing, pricing analysis, and documentation.

  • Generate and process Delivery Orders (DO) using company ERP/software systems.

  • Accurately record revenue and payment transactions related to projects and sales within the system.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and management presentations.

  • Support preparation, submission, and follow-up of project bills and sales invoices to ensure timely processing.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to support sales activities, costing validation, and project coordination.

  • Provide operational support during peak periods and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
