Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications and site conditions.
- Analyze drawings, layouts and design details to identify scope, quantities and cost risks.
- Conduct site visits for quantity verification and practical feasibility checking.
- Prepare and verify material take-off (MTO) and quantity sheets.
- Collect and compare vendor and supplier quotations and prepare rate analysis.
- Coordinate with Design, Project and Procurement teams for updated drawings, scope and execution inputs.
- Support tendering and client quotations with professional and competitive pricing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality and brand standards.
- Monitor and update project cost variations and revisions during execution.
- Assist in budget planning for Basic, Mid-range and Premium project categories.
- Maintain proper estimation records, files and digital documentation.
- Support management with cost reports and financial summaries when required.
- Ensure all estimates align with BD INTERIOR’s quality commitment, transparency and brand values.
- Report regularly to the CEO / Management.
