Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure requirement analysis, system design & development, ERP & ERD support, forms & report design in Oracle and Oracle Apex.

  • Manage help-desk and provide remote support for users. Work on custom forms, report on oracle environment according to requirement.

  • Ensure report building, account period closing, general ledger or any finance module related account solving.

  • Effectively communicate business insights and plan to cross-functional team members and management.

  • Compile product related informations and make relevant changes to company objectives.

  • Liaison with other department to understand the demand of reports and documentation.

  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to the technical team or manager.

  • Assist in promoting the best practices in the development of information systems.

  • Planning, designing and maintenance of network system, hardware, application, database, storage and security system.

  • Communicate and co-ordinate with vendors regarding different types of IT products and service issues.

  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

  • Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements.

  • Any other duties within this role assigned by the management if and when required basis.
