About the Role

  • Arani Advertising Ltd. is seeking a Strategic Planner with deep experience in digital advertising and integrated communication. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can lead strategy development, mentor teams, influence creative direction, and drive measurable business impact for national and international brands.

  • The ideal candidate must have strong agency exposure, digital-first thinking, and the ability to translate insights into powerful brand and campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategic planning for digital, ATL, BTL, and integrated campaigns

  • Develop brand strategy, communication frameworks, and campaign roadmaps

  • Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research to generate actionable insights

  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, Media, and Account teams to guide execution

  • Define campaign KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization strategies

  • Play a key role in new business pitches, proposals, and client presentations

  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to building a strong strategy culture within the agency

  • Stay updated on digital trends, platforms, data tools, and emerging technologies
