Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
- Candidate must have computer skill & well conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidate should have registration number given by Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
Experience
-
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Candidate should have profound knowledge on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Calibration/Validation, Process Validation, Proper Documentations, Regulatory Affairs etc. Coordinate pharmaceutical-related activities for all products.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Support regulatory inspections and compliance audits.

Ensures manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies.
-
Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of GMP.

Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials.
-
Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule.

Ensures that all standard yield is maintained by production lines.
-
Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas.
-
Ensures that there is discipline and good working culture among the staff.

Ensures the hygienic condition of production personnel.
-
Ensures production people wear mask, gloves and shoes before entering into production.
-
Prepares daily reports.

Mainly supervises duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers.

Performs other duties as assigned by Assistant Production Manager & Production Manager.
