Job Description

Education

  • B.Sc. in EEE / Mechanical / IPE or any other relevant discipline.

Experience

    • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Toiletries, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans aligned with sales forecasts and business priorities.

• Translate demand plans into practical, factory-level production schedules.

• Coordinate with Factory Heads, Production Managers, and Shift Supervisors to ensure realistic and executable plans.

• Balance capacity, manpower, machine availability, and maintenance schedules in production planning.

• Minimize line stoppages, bottlenecks, and idle time through proactive planning.

• Support multi-factory planning across Flour, Rice, Food, and Beverage units.

• Monitor daily production performance and adjust plans in real time when required.

• Collaborate with Material Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure material readiness.

• Support maintenance planning to avoid unplanned breakdowns impacting production.

• Prepare daily production status reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.

• Support S&OP processes and cross-functional planning forums.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety systems, and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
