Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)/Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
- Candidate must have computer skill & well conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidate should have registration number given by Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
Experience

- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Responsibilities & Context
-
Support regulatory inspections and compliance audits.

Designing and optimizing recipes for various dosage forms, including tablets/Bolus, liquids, Powder and injectables.

Developing and validating testing methods (using instruments like HPLC, UV-Vis, and FTIR) to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products.
-
Preparing critical technical documents such as Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and product dossiers for regulatory submission to bodies like local drug administrations.

Conducting and monitoring stability tests (accelerated and real-time) to determine a product’s shelf-life and storage conditions.

Scaling up successful laboratory formulations to pilot batches and overseeing the transition to full-scale commercial production.

Ensuring all activities strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Conducting validation trials to ensure that manufacturing processes consistently produce medicine of the required quality.

Performs other duties as assigned by Assist. PD, QA, QC & Production Manager.
