- 1–3 years in relevant roles
- Hands-on experience in telesales and digital/social media marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bangla & English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Experience with:
- Facebook Business Manager
- Boosting and Ads Campaign Management
- Basic Canva/Photoshop for content design
- Email Marketing (Mailchimp or similar tools)
- Basic SEO knowledge and content optimization
- Smart, proactive, and good with multitasking
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Social Media Queries Management
- Proficient in using computers and laptops
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities & Context

Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management

Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and manage tasks

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)

Create, publish, and manage engaging social media content

Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and customer queries

Conduct tele sales calls and follow up with potential customers
