  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bangla & English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

Experience with:

  • Facebook Business Manager
  • Boosting and Ads Campaign Management
  • Basic Canva/Photoshop for content design
  • Email Marketing (Mailchimp or similar tools)
  • Basic SEO knowledge and content optimization
  • Smart, proactive, and good with multitasking
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing
  • Social Media Queries Management
  • Proficient in using computers and laptops
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management

  • Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and manage tasks

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)

  • Create, publish, and manage engaging social media content

  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and customer queries

  • Conduct tele sales calls and follow up with potential customers

  • Maintain client records, reports, and assist in customer engagement
