Responsibilities & Context
To establish a comprehensive security setup, including the recruitment of key security personnel.
To manage security and administrative teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
To develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets and employee safety.
To oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and security operations effectively.
To conduct regular field visits and supervise the security personnel’s performance.
To handle high-pressure situations efficiently, including mass-crowd and emergency scenarios.
