  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Implement robust performance management systems and succession planning frameworks.

  • Ensure continuous learning and development programs to upskill the workforce.

  • Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Lead internal audits and manage external regulatory inspections related to HR and Admin.

  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies.

  • Monitor payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Conduct market benchmarking to align remuneration with industry standards.
