Job Description

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university.
  • Additional professional training in Business Development, Marketing, Training Management, or Entrepreneurship will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

    • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in training management, business development, or marketing.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.


Responsibilities & Context

NGO Forum for Public Health is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Training & Business Development Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, marketing, and managing training programs while ensuring sustainable business growth of the training centers.

Training Course Development & Management

·       Identify market demand and emerging skill gaps to design relevant and market-driven training courses.

·       Develop training curricula, course outlines, training materials, and evaluation tools. 

·       Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and consultants for effective course delivery.

·       Review and update training content regularly to ensure quality and relevance.

Training Marketing & Promotion

·       Develop and implement comprehensive training marketing strategies to enhance visibility and enrollment.

·       Promote training programs through digital platforms, corporate outreach, institutional linkage, and networking.

·       Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, proposals, and presentations.

·       Organize promotional events, seminars, and orientation sessions to attract potential clients.

Client & Stakeholder Management

·       Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, development partners, government agencies, and individual participants.

·       Negotiate training contracts, MoUs, and service agreements with clients.

·       Ensure timely communication and high-quality service delivery to maintain client satisfaction.

Training Service Monitoring & Quality Assurance

·       Monitor training implementation to ensure compliance with approved plans, standards, and timelines.

·       Collect feedback from participants and clients and take corrective measures for improvement.

·       Ensure proper documentation and reporting of training activities.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

·       Identify new business opportunities and partnership avenues for expanding training services.

·       Develop annual business plans, targets, and revenue forecasts for the training centers.

·       Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance organizational competitiveness.

Risk Management of Training Centre

·       Identify operational, financial, and reputational risks related to training activities.

·       Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operation of the training centers.

·       Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.


 

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary is negotiable for highly qualified and experienced candidates. Other admissible benefits as per organizational policy.
