Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Developer, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software will be an advantage.

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee concerns.

  • Plan and execute training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
