Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
-
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Developer, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software will be an advantage.
