Additional Requirements

  • Previous experience in student counseling or engagement is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Major Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, registration status, and inquiries from prospective students.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries about the institution’s programs, admissions, fees, and policies.
  • Generate leads by reaching out to prospective students and providing information on the institute’s offerings.
  • Follow up on inquiries, ensuring that prospective students and parents receive all necessary information to proceed with their applications.
  • Drive Walk-in to campus.
  • Follow the company’s provided calling script to ensure consistency, and stay informed about program USPs, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and website FAQs or policies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families.
  • Achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and analyze data for insights and improvements.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and student inquiries.
