5+ years of experience in public relations, CSR communication, corporate affairs, or development communication

Proven experience in managing media relations and high-visibility communication campaigns

Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex impact narratives

Experience working with NGOs, development organisations, or international agencies is a strong advantage

Familiarity with ESG, SDGs, and sustainability communication frameworks

Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment

Strong organisational skills and the ability to operate in fast-moving environments

Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of reputation management

Job Responsibilities

Lead the communication strategy for ACI`s CSR initiatives under the master framework ACI for Bangladesh

Map and align Business Unit CSR activities with Group ESG priorities and sustainability goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and key opinion leaders
-
Develop and distribute high-quality PR content, including press releases, media briefs, speeches, and impact stories
-
Lead communication for flagship CSR campaigns across health, education, agriculture, and environment
-
Coordinate stakeholder communication with NGOs, development partners, government bodies, and UN agencies
-
Support crisis communication and media response efforts, ensuring message consistency and credibility
-
Track and report on PR reach, media coverage, and communication impact
-
Contribute to impact documentation and storytelling for internal and external reporting
