Responsibilities & Context
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion of the company’s Mosquito Coil products within the assigned territory. This role requires strong field presence, distributor/dealer management, and close coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Manage and grow sales of company coil products within the assigned territory. Responsibilities as below:

Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers.

Build strong relationships with key customers, wholesalers, contractors, and industrial buyers.

Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and identify new business opportunities.

Work with SR and train up SR.
