Job Description
Education
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry, or any equivalent degree.
Experience
-
- 2 to 4 years
Additional Requirements
-
At least 2 years experience in contract broiler farming, Poultry Feed Sales, Customer/Technical Service, Breeder Farm, Broiler/Layer Farm and Hatchery.
-
Have direct exposure in dealing with farmers.
-
Have the ability to work under pressure and to travel extensively to different parts of Bangladesh.

Must have own bike with good driving skills.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Develop a comprehensive business plan to accelerate broiler contract farming business, set targets, and drive the team for achieving expected sales to hit the top-line growth.

Train, lead and monitor the sales team to convey extensive and visible ideas about all aspects of products and offerings to the targeted and potential farmers to bring new businesses.

Provide adequate training, guidelines, and emergency assistance to the farmers to manage flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and other environmental aspects of farms to perform optimally and remain disease-free.

Build and promote long term relationships with farmers to retain business and be aware of competitor`s business status.

Enforce the sales team to acquire maximum profitability.
