Education
- Bachelor`s degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems, Public Health, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or multi-site service delivery.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Description

Manage and oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the assigned clinic.

Coordinate doctors, paramedics, and non-clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Act as the main point of contact for clinical, operational, and client-related issues at clinic level.

Provide operational supervision and performance oversight to all clinics within the assigned area.

Monitor and achieve clinic KPIs, including service delivery, revenue, quality indicators, and regulatory compliance metrics.

Conduct regular planned clinic visits within the assigned areas to validate performance data, service quality, and operational practices.

Support monitoring of clinic performance indicators, field force activities, marketing initiatives, and service utilization.

Assist Operations leadership with analytical inputs for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Compensation & Other Benefits
