Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration. A combined degree in Business Administration and Biological Sciences, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, will be given preference.
Experience

Job Description:Â The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and managing the branch team. e ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, with preference given to those with combined expertise in business administration and biological sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey and Experience:

Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey from entry to post-purchase follow-up.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Sales Management:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets for products and services.

Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve their individual and collective goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Branch Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.

Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate with the supply chain department for timely replenishment of stock.
Accounts Management:

Oversee the branch’s nancial transactions, including sales, expenses, and budgets.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of nancial data.

Implement nancial controls to safeguard branch assets.
Regulatory Compliance:

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Maintain a CSAT score of 90% or higher.

Sales Growth: Achieve a minimum of 30% year-over-year sales growth.

Inventory Accuracy: Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of 100%.
