Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

Palki Matchmaking Ltd. is one of the fastest-growing and most trusted matrimony service providers in Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Marketing Representatives to expand our client base and represent our services professionally.

Job Purpose: To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online/Offline over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.

  • Selling Membership over the phone and meet assigned revenue target given by the organization.

  • Explaining the Service detail’s and how to use the packages.

  • Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages.

  • Providing the right customer experience.

  • Assist customers in matchmaking services using our specialized computer systems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update client profiles and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build long-term relationships.

  • Coordinate with team members to provide seamless matchmaking and customer support.

  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Employment Status: Full Time (6 days a week).

Working Hours: 10am – 6pm
