Responsibilities & Context

Job Descriptions:
- To organize and supervise all the development activities of new products as per QbD and other regulatory requirements (export and domestic market).
- To ensure basic GMP, Data Integrity & Good Documentation practice in all activities.
- To ensure Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation in department for regulatory Audit preparation.
- To coordinate with team members for trouble shooting of existing products.
- To review/approve documents of Research & Development and other relevant Departments.
- To arrange training for team members for development activities and maintain consistency in same.
- To ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources in the department.
- To maintain healthy and congenial working environment for the team members.
