Job Description

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Execute assigned OD initiatives, frameworks, and tools under the overall ODE strategy.
  • Coordinate and support execution, follow-up, and reporting of MoUs and external partnerships aligned with OD and L&D objectives.
  • Prepare OD reports, analytics, and progress updates for management review.
  • Develop automated Excel-based reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Prepare and coordinate the annual training calendar and training investment plan in alignment with business priorities, under the guidance of the Head of ODE.
  • Coordinate end-to-end training programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Support competency-based training initiatives in collaboration with departments.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and prepare impact and KPI reports.

Employee Engagement

  • Execute employee engagement programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives.
  • Coordinate engagement action plans and monitor implementation progress.
  • Support EVP-related initiatives and internal culture-building activities.
