Have knowledge of various construction works such as land development, pilings, buildings, roads, and steel structures.

Have good knowledge of Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Supervise the civil construction of designated projects, overseeing them from inception to closing.

Propose ways for cost minimization, cost-efficient use of materials, and optimizing the working process or method.
-
Estimate material requirements as per the drawing or design and raise a material requisition for timely delivery.
-
Maintain all quality control procedures on site and ensure workplace safety.
-
Ensure project completion as per schedule and make efforts to minimize any variation in the planned schedule and construction budget.

Provide a weekly progress report on the site.

Validate and certify all contractor and vendor bills.
