Responsibilities & Context
Job Location:Â Head Office
Responsibilities:
-
Negotiate with suppliers, Opening L/C, Insurance Processing, Dealing with CNF agent and Forwarding agent.

Maintain communication with foreign exporters/suppliers with e-mail and phone.
-
Follow up the LCs with supplier to complete the whole process within stipulated time frame.
-
Maintaining critical liaison with suppliers, Port authority, Shipping agent and Bank.
-
Working closely with accounts department.

Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import documents.
