Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and deadline management

Responsibilities & Context

HR & People Operations

  • Support manpower planning, recruitment scheduling, and onboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Monitor attendance and coordinate payroll-related inputs with Finance

  • Assist employees with HR-related services such as ID cards, attendance issues, and general queries

  • Implement and track HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation

  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations

  • Support continuous process improvement and automation initiatives
