Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience

- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities & Context
HR & People Operations

Support manpower planning, recruitment scheduling, and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Monitor attendance and coordinate payroll-related inputs with Finance
-
Assist employees with HR-related services such as ID cards, attendance issues, and general queries

Implement and track HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
Administrative & Operational Support

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation

Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations

Support continuous process improvement and automation initiatives
