Job Context:
RANGS eMART, a leading retail chain in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic, analytical, and result-driven professionals for the position of Deputy Manager/Manager – Product Management to support its growing electronics retail showroom operations. Fresh graduates from top-ranked universities are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of product lifecycle for electronics categories

Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for product sourcing and launches

Analyze sales performance, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
-
Support showroom operations with product-related training, availability, and merchandising inputs
-
Ensure proper product assortment, stock planning, and replenishment coordination

Prepare product performance reports and recommendations for management

Assist in promotional planning and campaign execution

Maintain product data, SKU information, and pricing accuracy across systems
