Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 12 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD-Pro) and sound understanding of BNBC & ACI codes.

Proven experience in designing both RCC and steel structures.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, numerical, and time management skills with the ability to manage & coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy in calculation and design.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Modeling, structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
-
Coordinate with the architects and external consultants to finalize the framing system of a building and solving design related problem.
-
To guide and supervise CAD detailer in drafting process and prepare structural drawings.
-
Top supervision and ensure the quality of structural works as per design and specifications.
-
Checking of test results of different construction materials.
-
To provide lead management and oversight to the Structural team and inspire and develop the team’s skills and qualities.
-
Ensure that all asset or structural design related project KPIs, targets, directions and instructions are communicated to all relevant project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Provide status reporting regarding structural design milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
-
Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications.
