Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Responsibilities & Context
-
Receive Purchase Requisitions.
-
Procure materials as per specification.
-
Maintain the lead time for product delivery.
-
Sourcing material from the local market.
-
Procure material under the procurement policy.
-
Working Ahead, making adjustments, and meeting deadlines on time.
-
Prepare a different purchase report.
-
Assist in the develop and implementation of inventory management and procedure.
-
Monitor and control inventory level, ensuring the align business requirement.
-
Conduct regular inventory audit to ensure accuracy and compliance with organization policy.
-
Identify and addressing inventory discrepancies such, stock out, over stocking and obsolescence and support the inventory management system including tracking, reporting and analysis.
-
Collect and analysis data to identify and report on trend Risks and opportunities of the business.
-
Develop and maintain relationship with internal stack holder including operation procurement and finance team.
-
Food & Beverage material receive and issue.
-
F&B store material keeping in rack category wise and maintain BIN Card.
-
Material receive and issue as per Purchase Requisition.
-
Need to stay at night during the package and busy time if require.
-
Maintain all the products date expiry by the FIFO and weighted average system.
-
Any other tasks as and when assigned time to time by the supervisor. Â
