Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospital Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Professional training in hospital billing or healthcare management will be an added advantage.
Experience

Additional Requirements

Experience in handling IPD, OPD, and insurance billing will be highly preferred.

Job Location:Â Rampura, Banashree, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage front desk operations ensuring smooth patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
- Oversee hospital billing activities including IPD & OPD billing, final bill preparation, and payment collection.
- Ensure accuracy of billing, proper documentation, and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, accounts, and insurance departments for billing clarification and approvals.
- Handle patient queries and complaints related to billing and front desk services professionally.
- Monitor daily cash collection and ensure timely handover to the Accounts Department.
- Train, guide, and supervise front desk & billing team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Ensure excellent patient service and maintain hospital brand standards.
