Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Marketing, Hospital Management, or any relevant discipline
Experience

- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Chamber, Healthcare Startup
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital sales, business development, or healthcare marketing.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.

Only candidates with the above-mentioned experience will be considered.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of hospital services, healthcare market, and referral systems.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies to increase hospital revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, diagnostic centers, Pharmacies, and other referral partners.

Promote hospital services including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, health packages, and specialized treatments.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
-
Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and institutional partnerships.
-
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery for referred patients.
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management.
-
Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

Represent the hospital in marketing events, health camps, and promotional programs
