Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Arts
  • Master of Arts (MA) in Fine Arts
  • Bachelor/Masters of Fine Arts (B.F.A/M.F.A) from Renowned Public/Private University.

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years

  • Strong visual design sense with high attention to detail

  • Ability to balance creativity with regulatory compliance

  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills

  • Structured approach to artwork development and approvals

  • Time management and ability to work under tight launch timelines

  • Practical exposure to AI-enabled design and creative platforms

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead and execute end-to-end packaging design development for pharmaceutical products.

  • Ensure all packaging artworks strictly comply with DGDA regulations, pharmacovigilance requirements and company brand guidelines.

  • Support new product launches, line extensions, reformulations and rebranding initiatives through effective packaging and visual communication.

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all packaging and related brand communication materials.

  • Manage artwork development, review, approval and version control processes to ensure error-free and timely execution.

  • Monitor and analyze local and global pharmaceutical packaging trends, materials and innovations, recommending improvements within regulatory boundaries.

  • Work closely with Strategic Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and R&D team to ensure accuracy of content, dosage information and mandatory disclosures.
