Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law
  • Master of Arts (MA) in Law
  • LLB or LLM degree from a reputed university or institute with a strong academic record.

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning, School

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladeshi legal and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting in both Bangla and English.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Update, manage, and renew all legal licenses and regulatory documents within required timelines for garments and textile factories.

  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with the judicial system and a solid understanding of Bangladeshi laws, rules, and legal practices.

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, agreements, and estate-related papers in both Bangla and English with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all legal, licensing, and tax-related correspondence, filings, and documentation.

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing various tax documents; coordinate with external legal advisors, auditors, and government authorities when required.

  • Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.

  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
